Ella Dolphin, currently publisher of high-end weekly Grazia, was last week announced as new Publishing Director of Cosmopolitan UK.
Formerly Head of Magazines at the Mail on Sunday, Ella will work with Editor Louise Court and be responsible for ensuring the continuing commercial success across Cosmopolitan's magazine, website and multiple brand extensions.
